Model ZTX highly-efficient vibration resistance reduction tail pipe running tool is connected to the drill string, so that the drill string at upper end of the tool can individually rotate independent of the drill string at the lower end. When any blockage or obstruction occurs to the drill string at the lower end, the tail pipe can eliminate the resistance and friction which is caused by the rotation of the drill string at the upper end, and reduce the helical distortion of the drill string. A "pressure activated clutch" is set inside the tool to form some differential pressure to hold the pressure in the central tube, and the shear pins inside the tool make the upper part and lower part to reform recombination and synchronous rotation, transferring the torque of the upper drill string to the drill string at the lower end.
