Type XLQS Cyclone Desander is a sand cleaning joint. The principle is to design a special flow channel at the position of the sand cleaning joint, which changes the flow rate and direction of the mud. It can eliminate the settlement or coalesce of rock cuttings in horizontal Wells, highly deviated Wells and other complex structures during the drilling process, thereby reducing the risk of stuck pipe and ensuring the normal drilling operation. This tool reduces friction, reduces run-through, reduces short trips, and extends drilling time and depth.
