The "fully hydraulic downhole impactor" successfully completed performance verification in an extreme high-temperature environment of 180℃. After on-site evaluation by a panel of experts, its high-temperature resistance, stability, and operational efficiency have reached internationally leading levels, marking a significant technological breakthrough for China in the field of high-end oil downhole tools.

The "full hydraulic downhole impactor" successfully completed performance verification in an extreme high-temperature environment of 180℃. According to the on-site appraisal by the expert group, its high-temperature resistance performance, stability, and operational efficiency have reached the internationally leading level, marking a major technological breakthrough for China in the field of high-end oil well downhole tools.

 

 

Traditional mechanical impactors are prone to failure due to material thermal fatigue above 150℃, resulting in a sharp drop in the success rate of unblocking. The company innovatively adopted full hydraulic closed-loop control technology, successfully breaking through the temperature limit of materials and structures. The expert group stated: This tool fully meets or even surpasses some international top products, solving the problem of deep formation drilling tools difficulties.

Currently, global oil and gas exploration is moving towards 10,000-meter deep layers, and high-temperature and high-pressure tools have become a core bottleneck restricting industry development. This technological breakthrough not only fills the technological gap in China for ultra-high temperature downhole tools but also pushes China's independent R&D capabilities of high-end equipment to a new height. At the Xinjiang test site, as the last set of data passed verification, the operation team witnessed with warm applause the new chapter written by Chinese equipment in "deep earth engineering" through independent innovation.
