Party Secretary and Chairman Zhang Yachang, Deputy General Manager Huang Haijun attended the strategic cooperation exchange meeting and signing ceremony. Assistant General Manager Wang Ling, R & D Technology Department, Human Resources Department and Chief Technical Experts attended the meeting. Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Disciplinary Committee Zhou Bo presided over the meeting.

On behalf of Gaofeng Company, Zhang Yachang extended a warm welcome to Vice President Zhu Xiaohua of Southwest Petroleum University and his entourage, and thanked the deans and professors for their high-quality exchanges. Zhang Yachang reviewed the history of cooperation between the company and Southwest Petroleum University, affirmed the outstanding disciplinary advantages of Southwest Petroleum University in the petroleum industry and the scientific research capabilities of experts and scholars, and emphasized that school-enterprise cooperation is the implementation of General Secretary Jinping's report in the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.
